Everyone employed has accumulated at least 3 years online, with at least 1 year in the computer security field.  Our most experienced member is ShannėrZ (UK Chief Security Consultant) with over 9 years in the field of Internet Security.  ISC Unlimited got it's start when ShannėrZ and Adrian (aka Guido) met a little over 3 years ago.  For awhile, they simply helped out friends and family with little computer problems, and occasionally played around with Internet tracing.  ShannėrZ had been trained in computer data encryption, and decided to continue his education to include IP addressing and tracing.  Adrian quickly followed suit and began to learn more about "the way it all worked."  Once they both realized they liked doing this, thoughts of ISC begun to dance in their heads.

Credit must be given where due, so here it goes:  

• Lots of thanks go out Adrian's friend Todd, who not only helped him to learn the basics, but was there to repair the computer when Adrian "learned from his mistakes."  (At least that's what he called it all the time.)  Todd is still helping to keep things running smoothly to this day.
• Thanks also go out to Adrian's mother (yes, mother) for being employed at WEEG, the University of Iowa's computing center.  It certainly didn't hurt to have 2 (or more) computers in the house all the time.
• Thanks must go out to Adrian's father as well (wouldn't want him to get jealous) for all his wonderful support and encouragement.  Never would have made it so far otherwise.
• Adrian must recognize his dear, sweet Linda, who has stood by his side even when he babbles on about the intricate workings of the MS-DOS Prompt.  Thanks baby. =)
• ShannėrZ wishes to give credit to all his friends and family who supported him and helped him pay for his education.
• Credit is also due to ShannėrZ's dear wife, Paulina, who scolded him for staying up so late on the computer.  He admits that his best ideas and work came after a restful sleep.

From there you can send a message directly to his ICQ without actually having ICQ yourself.  He usually checks his ICQ messages at least once a day.

This is also the fax number, however if you would like to send a fax, please notify us in advance.  If it is a real computer emergency (malicious virus infection, trojan horse infection, etc) you can reach Adrian on his cellular phone at 319-331-2549, leave a message if no answer.  Messages are usually checked every 20 minutes.

ShannėrZ (Chief Security/Tracing Consultant - UK/European Division) can only be reached through email unless special permission is granted.  (He has chosen this route for security reasons.)
